Our normal order processing time is 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday). Your order will ship via the method selected during checkout, once its been packed, is ready and processed. If you selected expedited shipping, orders placed Monday through Friday prior to 12 PM Eastern will ship on the same day, and orders placed after 12 PM Eastern will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will ship on the next business day.

In Store Pickup Policy: Items must be picked up within 14 days; orders that are cancelled or not picked up are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Contact our customer service to confirm pickup details - we're here to help!

If your shipping does not calculate in the checkout, it could be due to the varying sizes and weights of the items you selected. We may combine items for ground shipping to keep cost low, and your order needs to be packed to determine the shipping dimensions. We will contact you between the hours of 8am-5pm Mon-Fri, Eastern Time to discuss options.

If your order is required to ship via freight line, we will contact you to discuss these shipping options.
1. Pick up at a freight terminal near your zip code.
2. Delivery to a commercial address with a loading dock, and staffed during business hours.
3. Residential/Commercial address without a dock - you are responsible for unloading.
4. Lift Gate curbside delivery - items will be lowered to the ground **Additional fees can be charged to the customer if services are accepted after the original Bill Of Lading has been created. Talk to your sales representative for details
