We ship to all 48 contiguous states and offer a variety of options including ground, LTL, flatbed, ship-to-terminal, even full truckload quantities. Prefer to pickup?  You are welcome to pickup your order yourself at any of our warehouses.

Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Costs are calculated by method and carrier. Additional fees may apply for liftgate delivery.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.  Note: ground shipping cannot be delivered to PO box addresses.

Order Inspection:
Surplus City is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, refuse the delivery. If your order is lost, let us know immediately.  Our customer service team will file a claim with the carrier and will contact you about a replacement or refund.

    Shipping No Liftgate

    Freight delivery, you inspect, unload & move it.

    This option is particularly helpful for homeowners on a budget without the access to a large transport vehicle. It’s important to remember the individuals unloading the products must be able to lift heavy equipment, have supportive tools or a hand truck, and have additional help if needed.

    Shipping With Liftgate

    Freight delivery and unload, you inspect, you move it.

    Those looking for home or office delivery will prefer this option where a freight company will deliver their products to the end of the driveway. The homeowner or contractor then inspects and transports it the rest of the way. Don’t forget to have a dolly or friend nearby to help move the heavy products.

    Terminal Shipping

    You inspect, you load it, and you drive away.

    If you book this method, it can save up to 20-30% off liftgate delivery.  You’ll need a vehicle that can transport it, and terminals can be as little as 4 miles and as far as 150 miles or more from your home.  Call to explore this method with us, 765-482-7000 option 2.
