You and your licensed HVAC contractor will be asked to contact our customer service representative to allow us to verify some information and make sure your unit matches our records. Please make sure before contacting us that you have your installers/tech diagnosis, in writing! We cannot process without this written communication.
Customer service will verify:
- The item is not as described or represented or
- The item doesn't work.
Returns are not applicable in the following scenarios:
- Buyer’s remorse.
- The item does not fit your application.
- Installation was attempted without a professional, certified HVAC Technician. We do not recommend using anybody but a certified HVAC professional for any installation project.
- Tampering with factory seals separate from installation (theft, property dmg) disqualifies the item
- Items are already covered under a manufacturer’s warranty program.
If your item is deemed eligible our customer service team will process a return authorization number and begin processing a replacement item for shipping. If we no longer have stock of your item a monetary refund will be issued to either your account or your original form of payment.
Returns without prior authorization will be rejected and your refund will not be processed.
If your item was damaged during shipping this does not qualify for warranty replacement (see below for further instructions).
