We understand these times bring a lot of uncertainties, our goal is to continue to process and ship your orders. Surplus City Liquidators remains open. We will continue to take orders but ask that you be aware of the following:

- If your order is a freight shipment please confirm that you are able to receive your delivery or pick up at terminal( if you selected that option).

- If the carrier cannot deliver due to consignee being closed, deliveries banned or shipment not picked up at terminal then your shipment will be returned to us and you will be billed the additional charges that occur.

- As of 3-25-2020 Noon EDT we will not be able to accept/fulfill any expedite same day ship orders. We appreciate your understanding as we work with reduced personnel and rapidly fluctuating trucking schedules.

Note - the carriers have limitations and can NOT store your freight. It is very important that you be aware of these restraints. The health of our employees, customers and community are a top concern for us. We are working diligently to ensure we do our part in keeping safe while still making our products available.
