We ship to all 48 contiguous states and offer a variety of options including ground, LTL, flatbed, ship-to-terminal, even full truckload quantities. Our team of specialists is available to answer questions, create custom shipping quotes, and broker additional options that may not be displayed online. Give them a call at 765-482-7000.
Prefer to pickup? You are welcome to pickup your order yourself at any of our warehouses.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Costs
Costs are calculated by method and carrier. Additional fees may apply for liftgate delivery.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Note: ground shipping cannot be delivered to PO box addresses.
Order Inspection
Surplus City is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, refuse the delivery. If your order is lost, let us know immediately. Our customer service team will file a claim with the carrier and will contact you about a replacement or refund.
